E16: Bayonle Arashi On Life As An Immigrant, Entrepreneur, and Correctional Officer

This week I had the pleasure to sit down with Bayonle Arashi, and listen to his story of immigration to the US, how he built multiple businesses, and his experience as a correctional officer inside the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where he has a unique perspective on the violent and dangerous side that many of us are kept ignorant to.

Born in Nigeria, Bayonle has always had a passion for others. He is the Founder of Scoutballers LLC a media and sports recruiting platform designed to be a solution for athletes looking to make a jump in their career. He also founded Midas Football Academy in Nigeria, setup to discover, educate and develop football players. Bayonle is currently working on building a facility where the players can combine vocational education and soccer to reach their full potential. Bayonle also does work as a coach, international sports broadcaster, and mentor.

I hope you enjoy our conversation together, and draw inspiration from Bayonle and his story like I do.
