And as I ramble along, I'm reflecting on why I find myself traveling; What it does for me, what it can do for you, and why it really matters.

I don't know much about my parents. I wish I knew more.

I could have asked more questions. They could have shared more. Thank God there is still time left for both.

But of the things I do know, I know about their study-abroad experience in University. Stories that captured me when I was young, and shaped my future more than I knew when they told me those tales as a boy.

In fact, it was one of the few things that my parents directly recommend that I do with my life. They were laissez faire otherwise, but on this they were fairly insistent. They did not care so much what I studied at Uni, but that I did find myself abroad for at least one semester.

Outside of the adventure stories, exposure to out heritage and culture, the beauty of Europe, etc. the reason I locked in on it was their conviction. I could feel that they meant it. I could see the spark in my father's eyes when he cast himself backward in time to reminisce. A spark that was more rare to see than I would like.

So I went.

We landed in Paris, and from there saw Venice, Florence, Rome, Vienna, Munich, Prague, Brugge, Oxford and more. I took a girl on a first date in London. Our second date was the south of France. Just a bit more romantic than the suburbs back home. I studied at Oxford, and ate full-English breakfasts wishing I was wearing my Ravenclaw robes.

I moved around a lot, slept very little, drank more than I could fathom now, laughed, loved, and altered my life forever.

Traveling does something to you. It's hard to define, even harder to describe, and best experienced for yourself. The magic on the other side of a cheap plane ticket is something even Merlin can respect.

In some sense, almost nothing changes.

You are the same as you were 11 hours before your flight, only tired and dehydrated. The bag of clothes is the same as how packed it. Your shoes fit the same, and your fashion sense did not magically catch up to the Europeans while you slept-watched shitty movies on an 8-inch screen.

But somehow, everything is different.

The smell, the sounds, the people, the buildings, the money, but above all the energy. It's palpable.

You feel it in the Parisian pastry shop, the German Raw milk dispensary, and as you crane your neck up to gaze upon The Angels and Saints of St. Peter's Basilica. It's in the dirt as you walk barefoot in South America, and in the overhead waves on the cliffside coasts of Bali.

All God's Beauty declares his majesty, and for some reason, just like Santiago, we have to leave our homes to realize we had Magic at home as well.

Mathematics tells us that a point on a cartesian plane changes it's characteristics and behavior simply by placing it at different X,Y,Z coordinates.

Stated outright: Your location changes you.

Literally and fundamentally you become different. Your brain functions differently than it did before. New synapses are firing and old ones get to finally take a break. It's a little scary, very exciting, and altogether strange.

It's hard to get lost on public transportation at home where you can read all the signs. But pulling an all-nighter to avoid paying for an extra night in the hostel is a rite of passage. The American mind especially benefits from flanuering the streets with no plan, a few coffees, and accidentally ending the day with over 35,000 steps.

To be clear, I've met many wanderers who are lost, most of them, in fact. There is nothing to find out there that will fix what you've got going on inside.

But I have yet to discover a better way to find yourself. The world is a mirror, and travel let's you adjust the lighting.

The grass will always be greenest where you water it. Traveling is no panacea. But for every 10 farmers there is 1 ranch hand who yearns to take his bronco past the barbed wire fence, and go where the railroad won't take him.

So if you also yearn for the steppe, book the ticket.

Mythologize Yourself; Be The Renaissance.

From elixirs of healing, to a cloak of invisibility, a custom sets of armor, a sword buried in stone, a wands of destiny, or perhaps a ring to rule them all;

The same can be true for you. Why settle for off-the-shelf, drop-shipped, mass-manufactured mediocrity?

I am obsessed with customizing everything in my life.

Nothing I own remains 'deadstock' for long. Every new purchase is met with scissors, markers, the sewing needle, and whatever else the project calls for.

My first custom modification was a SwissGear backpack.

Early life in private school meant strict uniforms, dress code, hair cuts, and school-issued bookbags. Evangelicals aren't exactly known for their self-expression.

But in 3rd or 4th grade this changed.

The weight of the Pearson Propaganda hard-cover tomes finally exceeded our little arms ability to carry them in a canvas tote. For the first time, we were allowed to purchase our own backpacks for school.

And much to my parents chagrin, the factory warrantee on mine did not last long.

I cut the metal zipper-pulls off, and replaced them with paracord. (Not sure if the jingle bothers anyone else, but I've do this to every bag I own). I also felt that the red in the Swiss flag logo clashed with the otherwise blue and white aesthetic of the bag. So I took a hammer to the small glass and enamel logo, and cracked off the red, leaving only chrome behind.

Much better.

While this may seem like the strange and insignificant story of one man's neuroticism, I think there is far more at play.

All my life I have been custom modifying, designing, and creating all the objects in my life. Especially those items that I interact with on a daily basis.

It's more than having cool custom stuff. Through the creation process, I see myself as the cause of my reality. My everyday carry reminds me that I am a CREATOR, and not simply a consumer in this world.

Designing every aspect of your life, down to the sacred objects you wear, is one of your most powerful tools for individuation.

Some people would have you believe that the Self is an illusion and a trap. That transcendence comes from dissolving your ego, and becoming 'one' with reality. That your sense of individuality is a limitation, and an unintended consequence of "The Fall".

I find no accidents in God's creation.

Even Darwin could not avoid the purposeful nature of design. He listened along as the finches sang the beautiful birdsong of creation: a harmonious chorus of form and function.

Make no mistake: Nature selected you.

Generations conspired to bring you here, now, exactly as you are. Your interests, passions, curiosities, idiosyncrasies, and neuroses, make you an irreproducible masterpiece

But all that individuality remains hidden unless you express it.

The world can only assess your unique taste in-so-far as you embody it.

Bearing forth WHO you are, into the material world, is a sacred rite. It's WHY you're here in the first place.

One of the most powerful ways to do so, is by designing every single item in your reality.

This is the power of Life as Mythcraft.

So which way western man?

Dissolve the self and exist in the eternal bliss of oneness with the All?

Or pick up your sword, and don your unique armor of individuation?

Mythologize Yourself; Be The Renaissance.

Because I said that I would.

Each year for my birthday I challenge myself.

This tradition began on my 24th birthday when I challenged myself to complete a 5-day fast and silent retreat. I walked away with a deep sense of accomplishment and pride, and decided that my annual birthday present to myself would be Resistance.

Thus began my birthday 'Misogi'; a ritual of purification. Enter the crucible, and through struggle, purify the spirit.

This birthday ritual guarantees that every year I get to reflect on a massive accomplished goal, and a promise kept to myself. This is self-esteem as soul-craft.

But why NYE? My birthday is in April.

At the begging of 2024 I chose my Misogi as a marathon with no training (I don’t run, nor like to run). I knew it would be a challenge, and certainly not 'fun' in the traditional sense.

Due to international travel this year, I was not able to run on/near my birthday. And because of some recent detox and illness, I only had one day left of 2024 to get it done.

I could have pushed to next year. No one would have judged me for it. I'm not even sure if anyone would have asked. The empty box on my 2024 goals list would have been my little secret.

But Integrity is an inside job. You can never escape the accountability of your own soul. In plain terms: I would have known, and it would have eaten me alive.

So in the end, I thugged it out. It was indeed challenging, deeply humbling, and one of the most painful experiences of my life. I ran for about 10 miles, ran/walked for about 8 more, walked 4, and limped the final 4. (The full behind the scenes vlog will be up on my YouTube channel soon.)

I wouldn’t want to close out 2024 any other way. And starting 2025 incredibly sore just feels right.

And there's a reason they sold you the lie.

When I say entropy, what comes to your mind?

Most likely it's the idea that the universe is always trending towards more and more disorder. Slowly descending into chaos, and the inevitable heat death of the sun (or some such nonsense).

You likely also believe that this is a law of physics. An immutable, first-principle fact of our world.

It is not.

And I can show you how, and why they convinced you otherwise.

Something that often comes up in the discussion of Truth vs 'conspiracy' is: 'Why would they lie about that?'

Its a fair and important question to ask.

In most cases, if we isolate a single event, the need or reason for subversion/inversion of the truth is hard to see. But when taken in context and concert with it's deceptive brothers and sisters, the truth is self-evident.

For a moment, I want you to suspend your disbelief and rely only on what you observe and experience.

Does it seem like everything is trending toward chaos, naturally? Can you think of any examples in your day-to-day life?

I observe the exact opposite.

Everything I see in the natural world is increasing in structure and order.

Seeds grow into trees; Trees form the forests. Eggs hatch into birds; birds fly as flocks. Adam joined with Eve, and their sons filled the earth.

Man is nature's anti-entropy exemplar.

We begin as the union of two cells, and we end with a beautifully complex, interconnected body. A body full of interdependent systems: skeletal, muscular, fascial, circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory, neuro-chemical, and more.

This body holds space for our mind to order the world, and our spirit to fill it.

We make friends. We build families. We build buildings, cities, teams, businesses, communities, tools, and more. We create stories, and write them in books. We break hearts and heal them with poetry. We feel pain and joy and paint when we can't find the words.

And we share it all with one another.

We are not spiralling towards heat death in 'infinite space'.

The world is Divinely ordered; A Grand Story is being written. It's happening right here and now.

You have a role to play, and a pen to wield.

Entropy is a lie. Chaos is what's unnatural.

So why sell the idea of entropy?

Because when you feel scared and alone, you are easy to control. You stay trapped in the prison of your mind, inactive and constricted because it feels ‘safe’ in there.

And if you're simply a biological machine, playing the hunger games in an amoral, infinite, and cold arena of 'natural selection' it makes sense that you would be.

Do not be afraid.

You are evidence of the Divine order, and an agent who can create more of it. You are not alone. In fact, you are deeply connected.

Do not let anyone convince you otherwise.

And if you're in a lonely stretch right now, CREATE your way out of it. The path to deep connection is genuine self-expression.

I'm back in the land of the free.

Let me walk you through the wild week that was my return to the US after 8 months away. You'll quickly see why this newsletter finds you a few days late.

My final days in Southeast Asia were a bit more turbulent than I would have liked.

Two days ahead of my departure, I returned to my bungalow, in need of cash Rupiah. To avoid returning home with a pocket full of monopoly money, I had been withdrawing small amounts of cash at a time.

The downside of this strategy was un-realized to me until the fateful moment that I had no bank card to use.

I could have sworn I put it RIGHT. HERE!

My debit card was nowhere to be found. What I believe happened was that it was lying on my bed, and was swallowed by the sheets when the hosts cleaned my room.

They claim they didn't see it, and the laundry people said the same. The truth of these claims, however suspicious, were and are irrelevant. The fact of the matter was that I was cashless, and now also bankless.

My Amex and Discover cards aren't accepted in Asia, and my Visa was now gone. As viewers of the vlog will know, I wasn't exactly flush either way.

However, with a few strategic transfers, and local favors called in, I sorted myself out. Nonetheless, not ideal ahead of 31 hours of international flights.

The following day, with only 24 hours till takeoff, I assumed I was in the clear.

I was wrong.

I awoke in the morning to a ripping headache, fever, full body aches & chills, and some of the most violent diarrhea of my life. My body was in full-on detox mode.

The cherry on top?

I had a sales call and coaching call booked that morning...

With the power of wifi and indomitable Will I was able to fortify myself enough to take both calls from the porcelain throne. Not exactly a regal experience.

After wrapping the calls, I spent the day on the toilet and lying on the ground in the sun. Too tired to move. Too based to want to.

I only left the house to get coconut water, and a tattoo.

Yes, not the optimal combo I would select for recovery either, but I am nothing if not stubborn and a man of my word. After finishing The Bible, the only remaining 2024 goals were a tattoo and a marathon.

The appointment was scheduled a few days prior, and well before my body began to detox the demons. With 300,000 rupiah of sunk-cost-falllacy deposited, I figured I could grit my teeth for a couple hours and make it happen.

I do not recommend getting a tattoo dehydrated and with no sugar in your bloodstream, but I live to tell the tale.

To celebrate a massive personal win from the year, I got a cheeky little Winnie The Pooh, having his fill of the golden Nectar of The Gods.

A tasteful reminder of self-love.

By the grace of God, I awoke the following morning with no symptoms.

One hellish day, but all done and dusted just in time for 31 hours of onward flights back home to see the family.

I replenished my empty vessel with my last liter of raw Lombok milk, 6 raw eggs, honey, and sea salt. Real medicine.

I returned my motorbike, and locked the bungalow for the final time.

Sampai jumpa lagi, Indonesia; Thank you for everything.

I did.

Every supposed season of celebration was eclipsed by personal dread. I sulked in the shameful shadow.

I now know that it had NOTHING to do with the holidays, my childhood home, the food being served, or the ones serving it.

I didn't love myself.

Because of this, I perceived that I was under attack. My nervous system armed the battlements, but I wasn't under siege.

It was an insurrection.

It's impossible to be your best self on three hours of sleep, dehydrated, and hungry. Spiritual malnourishment is the same.

My emotional cup was empty, so I donned gilded armor to cover festering flesh. Nothing and no one could hurt me. I was already on the job.

All relationships are mirrors.

Your irritation with family during the holiday season is a SYMPTOM, but not the root cause. Real medicine teaches us that symptoms are signals to look inward. If you don't like what you see, you don't like who you are.

Understanding this concept is simple. 'The work' of healing is walking the Knowledge from head to heart.

'The return of the hero' reveals how much he has grown. If you are still triggered upon return, you're destined to spin the loop once again. Your evolution will drag you back into the abyss…

Act three of Campbells mono-myth concludes with re-incorporation into the 'ordinary world'. The ultimate boon is who the Hero became on his journey. His gift is himself, and gets to share it with the ones to whom he said goodbye with teary eyes.

So this holiday season, listen more and talk less.

Observe how your family and friends react to you, and how you react (internally) to them. Class is in session, and for the prepared student, there is a lesson to be learned.

No one debates politics in the emergency room. Death makes priorities painfully obvious. I encourage you to learn the lesson in advance.

I know it's hard when the people closest to you don’t support your growth. But it's normal. You killed the version of you that they knew and loved. Give them the opportunity to love who you became.

Exercise Patience, and emanate Gratitude.

I will also add that distance does make the heart grow fonder. The Hero's journey requires separation. After ~9 months away this year (the longest time apart in my life thus far), I'm looking forward to the holiday hugs.

I return home carrying the Ultimate Boon, with a heart full of Thanksgiving, and a rich understanding why Christmas carries it's namesake.

Most people believe the opposite, because for them, it's falling apart.

Life slowly erodes as more years distance them from the last time that they were free...

The time when they played like a child. When they took their shoes off and touched the earth. When they spent more time outside. When they stayed up late laughing with friends, and woke up early to catch the sunrise. A time when they weren’t worried and anxious all the time.

Aging is natural. But deteriorating is the fatal error to 'grow up' and 'take life seriously'.

The only reason children tell us what they want to be 'when they grow up' is because we ask them. They seem to have no issue fighting fires and traversing space right away.

The illusion of an ethereal 'tomorrow' is wholly unnatural. Planting the seeds of a permanent future-fixation begins in Kindergarten. Come graduation, the roots of fear are firmly planted.

The 'glory days' end and it's then time to put on a collared shirt, stop smiling, and plan for retirement. Dreams get filed away in manila folders, only to be dusted off at the pearly gates of regret.

360 monthly payments on a 30-year mortgage guarantee you keep your eyes on 'the prize'.

This is by design.

Being an 'Adult' means yearning for a home you can never return to.

But life wasn't 'better' when you were young. You were just participating more deeply.

The fountain of youth is presence. No 5-year-old has a 5-year plan.

And ironically, the best way to actually realize your dreams is total presence. Today is your only access point to tomorrow.

Alexander and Napoleon were masters of the here and now. They both studied Aristotle. Christ and Buddha frequently spoke of the same.

None of them struggled to create the life they envisioned.

The secret to a life of massive accomplishment AND enjoying the process is to live one day at a time.

If you remain present and nourish the soul with play, age will deepen your experience of life. You will also accomplish more than you could have imagined.

I have been peaking every single year of my life so far. I don't intend to stop, and you don't have to either.

Don't take things too seriously, no one makes it out alive.

While everyone else prepares for death,

Get busy livin’.

You want to make good shit, but right now, you can't meet own standards.

So instead, you do nothing. And it's eating you alive.

Taste is discernment of The Beautiful.

It's an instinct for visual harmony. A love of cohesive colors and the golden ratio. An adoration of Aesthetics and a refusal to write in comic sans. A rejection of brutalism and fluorescent lighting.

It's an understanding that we will never make anything more beautiful than nature; And an infatuation with her as the ultimate muse.

Taste is an uncommon gift from God; Consumerism confirms it's infrequent endowment.

The majority consume what the minority craft. They exist in perfect symbiosis, but the tastemaker only eats if he prepares the meal.

For those chosen few, you have a must-solve dilemma: Your taste leaves you incapable of accepting off-the-shelf mediocrity.

I get it. It’s why I entered The Arena. “Standard-issue” makes my skin crawl. I’m reminded of Dante every time I walk the aisles of Walmart.

But right now your superpower is keeping you starving because you aren't skilled enough to meet your own standard.

Ira Glass calls this space ‘The Gap’.

To close ‘The Gap’ you must create for long enough to allow your craft to catch up to your inborn tastes.

You have to put in SHITTY REPS.

It takes guts to suck in front of a crowd. But it's even worse to go to bed every night with your worst critic.

Very few have the patience and persistence required to see themselves become great.

So you must persist.

The world needs your creation.

There are starving multitudes ready to reward your innovation. But if you don't humble yourself and put in the shitty reps, you deprive the world of your gift... and yourself of the gifts God has planned for you.

Resisting your nature causes your suffering. The Call cannot be ignored.

The irritating reminder is stitched into the neckline of your shirt with someone else’s name: You can't wear designer.

You are the designer.

So close The Gap.

Whether it's a client, friend, or random DM, self-doubt is the most pervasive 'disease' I see people face today.

Faith is divergent. Insecurity is standard.

This disgraceful submission of the human spirit is the product of another sneaky psyop. It's printed on the collective psyche via the best-sellers list.

And I'm not sure about you, but I can't remember the last time I ran into someone who genuinely thought too highly of themselves. But I meet people everyday with crippling self-esteem issues.

There's an abundance of people-pleasers playing wallflower.

The boys won't approach the pretty girls. The girls won't say no to the bad boys who do. Good marriages fail and bad marriages last because no one says what they actually think. It's a culture of surrogate living.

The tragic irony is that self-abandonment is more selfish than selfless. You deprive the world (and yourself) of who you are, for who you think they need you to be.

It's a false assumption. Only Satan smiles when you play small.

Removing the ego is the philosophy of the weak.

Nietzsche condemned this inversion 125 years ago. The feeble priests have tried the same for far longer.

Do not accept their lies.

It's only profound to be anti-materialist if you have an 8-figure net worth. Nonviolence is only noble if you are dangerous. Virtue is only admirable in the mighty.

Strength is never a weakness.

True Confidence is an embrace of your strength. It’s internal and expresses outward. It's energetic, so you can't fake it.

Arrogance, on the other hand, works outside-in. It's shame larping as confidence.

Arrogance IS AN ACT. It looks like pickup lines, cool cars, and nice watches. Arrogance is loud, and turns blue-in-the-face selling you the 'right' outfit.

Confidence stands upright, totally naked.

So how do you become Confident?

To cultivate real, self-assured confidence, you need data. You need proof that you are who you say you are. But a lack of confidence prevents you from taking action and acquiring that data.

A paralyzing paradox.

The only way to break free is a single act of RADICAL COURAGE: The faithful first action.

The first cold call. The first time in a new gym. The first trip abroad. The first post online. The first time moving away from home. The first time saying how you (actually) feel.

It's scary.

And I'm empathetic to the fear. I spent years with so much 'potential' and nothing to show for it. I was stagnant. It ate me alive.

But being Courageous doesn't mean you aren't afraid. It means you are, and you act anyway.

The first action requires Faith because Faith is belief in the unseen. It's only after you have data that you can begin to Trust yourself. Your action creates the data needed to transmute Faith into Trust, and fear into Self-Confidence.

All it takes is one faithful action to enter the loop. The upward spiral stands before you with open gates.

And despite your (currently) negative inner monologue, I promise that you got this.

Your takeover starts when you believe that, and then act faithfully.

Angels of protection. Angels of redirection. Angels of guidance, and Angels in the Silence.

Sometimes the angels drag you off the road after a motorbike accident. Sometimes they spot you cash at the gas station checkout. Sometimes they sponsor your trip abroad, or pay off your loans. Sometimes they simply smile at you on the street, reminding you to do the same.

Sometimes, the angel is the man the mirror.

The Angels are all around us. They wear 1000 faces; They serve one God.

But I also believe that sometimes, you need to call your Angels in. A humble call for support.

I know that I am here for a massive mission. I know I am here to change the world. Perhaps that's arrogant. Perhaps that's what I need to make it happen.

Regardless, I'm in The Arena, swinging and bloodied.

And my unwillingness to compromise my values have come with the consequence of slower growth in business.

I won't shill you a greens powder. I will never promote a demonic Globocorp. I won't suppress/censor my message to go 'viral' on social media. I won't coach someone who can barely afford it. And I will NEVER sell a pdf.

Because of this, in pursuit of The Call this year, I am coming up on gas tank E.

Most people would be anxious and worried. Most would panic. I am not. I will not.

Since 'burning the boats' two years ago, I've had what can only be described as a delusional level of certainty that God will provide. A deep Knowing that it's all going to be ok.

But I do have low days.

Days filled with anxious thoughts and seeds of doubt. Days focused on the 'when?', the 'what'?, and the 'how?'. I've had more of them recently.

As I am closing out my reading of the Bible, I experience synchronous wisdom every day.

Yesterday I returned to The Gospels for Luke, and this passage was the Airdrop of reassurance I needed.

²² And he said to his disciples, “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, nor about your body, what you will put on. ²³ For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. ²⁴ Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds! ²⁵ And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? ²⁶ If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that, why are you anxious about the rest? ²⁷ Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. ²⁸ But if God so clothes the grass, which is alive in the field today, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith! ²⁹ And do not seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, nor be worried. ³⁰ For all the nations of the world seek after these things, and your Father knows that you need them. ³¹ Instead, seek The Kingdom of God, and these things will be added to you.

Worry won't improve a thing.

In fact, it will restrict your ability to improve the situation. Fear is always the control mechanism of evil.

But I am aware that the 'God will provide' attitude can be a slippery slope of cope.

So I do not hold this belief to absolve myself from responsibility. Rather, I embody the faithful work required to meet God halfway. This is how I see the seesaw of Freewill and Fate.

God is always reaching towards Adam. But Adam must reach back.

There is no aid for idle hands. We are co-creating reality WITH God. We are His hands here on earth. Most often, we are the 'savior' we are praying for. WE MUST PARTICIPATE IN OUR OWN RESCUE.

The humility to ask for aid is part of that.

So this is me, calling in my angels.

My list of 2024 goals is almost entirely checked off. I still need to finish reading The Bible, get a new Tattoo, and run a marathon, but I am once again struck by the power of the written word.

I wrote the list on December 31, 2023. At that time, I had no idea what this year would look like. And yet, I authored my destiny.

As you know from a previous vlog, I stopped setting output focused goals (money, followers, subscribers, etc.) to entirely input focused goals (posts per day, podcasts released, outreach done for business, etc.)

Not only has this shift guaranteed that I complete my entire list, but it has placed me in complete control. I am at the cause. And every single goal I set is independent of all external circumstances.

It may seem like things like income, followers, progress in your physique, etc. are in your control. But they are DOWNSTREAM CONSEQUENCES of your consistent action.

Returns are non-linear, which means that when it rains, it pours. But sometimes you will wander the desert praying for a single drop.

You can't change the weather. Your only job is to maintain momentum and never interrupt the compounding.

Control your effort, attitude, and faithful actions. The results will unfold as they are meant to. Sometimes far sooner than you expect, and sometimes after a decade of patient pursuit.

Your timeline is a pipe dream; God is the best of planners.

The good news is, however, if you actually give your best, you will receive more than you can imagine, faster than you can imagine, in ways that you can't imagine.

God is the best of planners.

With the above in consideration: I dare you to author your life.

Take up the pen, and actually make something of yourself.

Your 5-year plan is collecting dust alongside The Bible and every other book your smart friend recommended over the years.

This is how your dreams die: Passive neglect.

Without RADICAL ACTION, your dream life will end scribbled on a napkin, and tossed out with the grocery list.

You must be a JEALOUS decision maker: Do what YOU love. Do what sets YOUR heart on fire.

Do it all. For YOURSELF.

Because if it’s not for you, it’s for 'them'.

And the only ‘them’ worth your time are close friends and people who share your blood: Family in every sense.

The peanut gallery can kick rocks. The critics won't be attending your funeral.

When writing the story of your life:

• You play the lead

• You assemble the cast

• You live the heroes journey

• You almost die along the way

And anything can happen...

Just make sure no one else holds the pen.

For myself, I will be closing out the year here, in Lombok, Indonesia, then back to the U.S.A. for December with the family. Then onto a founder house in Miami for the first 6 months of 2025.

More podcasts, vlogs, newsletters, and a brand launch are all on the way. And to be honest, I have no idea how I am going to make it happen.

But I'm starting with pen in hand.

The beach is located off a dirt path, and completely isolated... or so I thought.

I'm currently spending 2 months in Lombok, Indonesia after over 8 months in Bali. Until now, I hadn't experienced any crime.

Bali is an extremely high-trust island. The locals live spiritually aligned with God. They do good because it is right. Lombok, however, is an Islamic island, and I suppose the same doesn't always apply.

In Bali I have left my key in my motorbike by accident, and the locals took the key and put it in the bike seat to prevent crime. They operate wholly in service, expecting nothing in return.

Crime is present on the island, but it's one of the safest places I've ever lived or visited. I believe much the same about Lombok, but the energy here is different.

I had been to this specific beach before without issue. The beach is completely empty, and a decent distance from the next closest beach with anyone on it. I returned once again to enjoy the scenery and privacy for some tasteful mid day ball sunning.

I had no idea I was due for a felonious surprise. Fortunately, I had my valuables on person, and I was completely safe. Still, a close call.

But why am I sharing this?

Notice how calm I am.

It's almost as if it's another day in the office for me.

This wouldn't have been the case a few years back. I would have panicked. I would have been yelling or crying. I would no doubt be more upset than I am here. But because of my physical and spiritual training over the last few years, I'm basically unfazed.

To be clear, I'm not numb.

I was still pissed off at the damage, inconvenience, and disrespect. But I didn't let it cloud my judgement or actions. I was not overcome with worry or stress. I was non-attached to the way things "should be", and ok with what IS. Keep your Ryan Holiday books, this is Stoicism in motion.

Non-reactivity is high testosterone. Being calm in the storm of life is a sign of spiritual centeredness.

The whole point of all the content here online is to be more capable in real life. If you aren't seeing the fruit in your life, it's time to log off and go live.

Until last week I had no firsthand experience with the suppression of truth online. I only observed others complaining about it.

I was sympathetic. I'm now empathetic.

The following screenshots are from the MANDATORY 'policy training' from SoyTube after rejecting my appeal for the original podcast:

Controlling the flow of information has always been the modus operandi of the subversive priestly class.

It's why they erased gnosticism from Christianity. It's why you've heard of the Pharisees & Sadducees but not the Essenes. It's why 'Yahweh' bulldozed Babel. It's why they put The Library of Alexandria under the Vatican. It's why they locked the doors.

If you knew how truly powerful you were, you would be VERY hard to control.

You have power that can only be imitated, but never replicated by these nefarious rats. They cast complicated spells and use psychological warfare because they fear standing in The Light. They hate you because God loves you.

So, to keep you numb, they built the simulation with an IV drip of poison.

It's in the food. It's in the blue lights. It's in the tap water. It's in the chemtrails. It's in the air conditioning. It's in the banks. It's in the 'medications'. It's in the 'textbooks'. It's in the 'news'. And it's definitely in the 'history'.

Most recently, it's in THE ALGORITHMS.

Your mind is the final frontier. And if you are basically retarded from the TikTok brain-rot, you will never crack the firmament. Nonetheless realize it's there.

This war is not recent.

Plato spoke about Atlantis. Tolkien buried history in 'fantasy' before the Bodleian Library sealed the doors to our past. Lewis hid it in the wardrobe.

Orwell and Huxley cried out with Orphic omens.

Unfortunately, they were both correct. It's all happening at the same time. They burn what they can, and use AI to drown out what they can't.

You should be furious. You're too busy scrolling to notice.

There are over 3.7 million videos uploaded to YouTube PER DAY. It's a biblical FLOOD of content. And yet, amongst this maelstrom, my little podcast got struck down within five minutes of upload. Frightening.

These algorithms are Alive and have license to kill.

They claim lives and livelihoods without remorse. Losing a piece of content or a Twitter account should be the least of our worries. Bank accounts are emptied, lawsuits are filed, people go 'missing', and there's a jam-packed season of football running right on schedule!

The worst stories won't even get told. No one is listening anyway.

The Archons used to dangle our eternal damnation on a spiders thread. Fire and brimstone came hot off the printing press every week. When that lost our attention, they made sure we didn't have any left to spare.

Sunday services devolved into a 24/7, drug-fueled music festival in your pocket. You nibble passively on the ‘Apple' from the tree of 'knowledge'. Five inches of cold glass and titanium mind control.

It's lowering your IQ and testosterone. Your emotional reaction to that is my clinical study.

If all this doesn't stir you to action, you're not gonna make it.

But for those with nervous systems still in-tact, please curate your social media feed wisely.

You might have accidentally logged on to Hell.

And no one is talking about it.

I came to this realization while reflecting on feedback I’ve received my entire life:

“You’re so hard working” // “You’re so disciplined”

It never felt like a compliment. But I didn’t realize until recently why that is...

It’s because it’s a lie.

Objectively, I've achieved 'above average' results my entire life:

I was always the team captain, group leader, class president, fraternity president, top student, etc. I went to a top three university in the world, graduated with honors, then built my own business, started a podcast, and have traveled the world in the process. Not to mention all the physical, mental, and spiritual development along the way.

I don't share this to brag, but to demonstrate a point: I didn't achieve any of this because of 'hard work' or 'discipline'.

I was lazy.

Over 90% of my 'wins' in life were because of positioning. I chose high-leverage things to do, places to go, and people to work with. I worked ‘smarter’.

As mentioned in 'The Sphere's of Vitality' Model, life is non-linear. There is a tiny portion of inputs that will give you disproportionate returns.

For example:

While the owner of the Laundromat begins his twelve-hour shift folding clothes, there is a day-trader rolling out of bed, logging on to the markets, and making his yearly salary before grabbing a morning coffee.

Who's working harder? Does it seem to matter?

If 'working hard' was the answer, we would have a blue collar aristocracy. Day laborers, data entry specialists, and landscapers would be the multimillionaire class shaping future of the human race.

Instead, it's the opposite.

Lazy tech guys with soft hands made the websites you post to. College dropouts built the laptops you type on. Kings and Emperors invented the 4-hour work week.

The intelligent few have always seen through the scam of 'hard work' right away.

And without active propaganda, everyone else would realize the same. It's our nature.

As Naval said to Rogan, we should work more like lions than the livestock. We aren't meant to graze slowly all day, everyday. We are meant for sprints of productive work, followed by days of leisure and rest.

William Blake echoes the same sentiment in ‘Heaven and Hell’ :

So the choice is yours:

In our age of infinite leverage, the 80/20 Law skews towards 99/1. Choosing the right thing to work on is everything. There has never been a better time to work smarter, and not harder.

To have people voluntarily work a job in direct opposition to their spirit, propaganda was used to make them believe that ‘working hard’ and suffering was noble.

There is no nobility in self suppression.

The propaganda campaign began around the start of the industrial revolution. The elites needed strong willed, independent men to voluntarily suppress themselves into working long days on mindless and repetitive tasks. They needed you to don the yoke yourself. They needed an ENTHUSIASTIC SLAVE CLASS.

And while I love Camus, I don't imagine Sisyphus was very happy. Monotonous labor was his punishment.

There is no coincidence that characters like Goggins, Jocko, and Hormozi are venerated as saints by the algorithmic archons. They tell comfortable half-truths to placate masses.

The 9-5ers who quietly yearn to suffer in pursuit of a worthy cause live surrogate lives.

These characters use words like 'grind' , 'sacrifice', and 'eat shit' for the path to success. They fail to highlight that for them, it doesn't feel like that at all.

The 100 mile races looks like torture to most, but for Goggins, it's transcendence. He's not 'grinding', he's in pure flow.

EFFORT is an EFFECT of working on a meaningful mission.

You don't need to 'grind' when you are doing something you love. Effort happens naturally.

The basketball-obsessed teenager will shoot thousands of shots without batting an eye. He’ll do it all day, forget to eat, and beg his Mom to let him keep going past bedtime. And he’ll do it all with a big smile.

In this example, he’s applying immense effort, but he's not ‘working hard’. The mission gives him a limitless wellspring of energy, fueling it's own fulfillment. It's the upward spiral.

The same is true in art, business, fitness, relationships, etc.

If you have to force your nose to the grindstone, you are in the wrong vehicle. Hard work is only necessary when you are resisting your nature. Effort is a natural byproduct of aligned action.

This is why you must architect your life with intention.

Because once you connect to yourself and align with a worthy mission, you'll never 'work' another day of your life.

'Discipline' comes from the root word Disciple, which means follower. To 'discipline' yourself you need something leading you.

Let your mission pull you forward.

"I'm gonna lock in for X months/years and THEN I can do the thing I want to do."

This is a lie. We call it:

The Deferred Life Plan (D.L.P.) : Waiting for an undefined future date to finally pursue your 'dream' life outcome.

The D.L.P. is a flawed paradigm. Everyone knows that the 'perfect' time is not coming. And yet most still act as if the future is promised. They postpone themselves.

But why?

This mind virus lives deep in the western consciousness. You are psyoped from birth. And most discontent can trace back to this as the root cause.

The D.L.P. operates on the following false premises:

1. You aren't born/made to do work

2. You will want to stop working

3. Your 'career' is separate from your life

4. You should/need/will build a life you want to retire from

5. You need to 'earn' a living

6. The future is 'guaranteed' (in any sense of the word)

7. Money and freedom are equally valuable at any age

Let's explore why each of these is indeed a false premise.

1. & 2. “You aren't born/made to do work // You will want to stop working”

After the industrial revolution, our relationship to and understanding of 'work' was subverted.

For MOST of human history, we engaged in 'work' and craftsmanship because it is our nature. It was not a means to an end, but the end itself.

As The Manifesto states: “You are The Creator, and His Creation”. Being 'made in the image of God' means that, like God, we are here to create things: to use our hands to be His hands here on earth.

When we deny this fundamental truth we resist our daily lives.

Famously, people become lost and depressed after 'retiring' from their career. This is true from professional athletes to real estate brokers.

Modern psychology suggests that this 'depression' is a result of an 'unhealthy' relationship with work. They suggest that they have placed ‘too much' of themselves into the work.

It's the opposite.

Modern psychology perpetuates a self-obsessed, narcissistic paradigm where sitting on a couch talking about how you feel is considered 'virtuous healing'. Meanwhile, pouring your heart into a craft in the service of others is 'imbalanced' and 'unhealthy'.

Depression dissolves when you are serving others.

You don't need therapy, you need purpose and meaning. If you stop creating, you'll begin to die. It's our nature; and it separates us from the animals of the field. The modern 'work' environment has us acting and believing that we are beasts of burden.

We are not.

3. “Your 'career' is separate from your life.”

If you spend over 70% of your waking hours doing something, it's most of your life.

You don't 'live to work' or 'work to live'. You are alive. And time is passing. Your ‘career’ is simply how you are spending most of your time. Your life is happening now.

If you prefer to spend the majority of your waking hours in a blue light cube trading 5 days for 2, be my guest. I can't get the math to add up.

4. “You should/need/will build a life you want to retire from”

The idea of living a life you need to retire from should scare you.

The scary thing is how common it has become.

People ask me how I have lived and worked from the most amazing places in the world. They often cite their current job as a reason they can't do the same.

Wouldn't it make more sense to decide first HOW you want to live, and then find the means that support it? Rather than getting a job and letting it set your daily routine? Rather than living in a city you don't like because the job is there? Rather than sacrificing your health, vitality, and spirit because you work long hours under blue light and don't have time for walks, sunlight, and training?

Nope? Too complicated?

Got it.

5. “You need to 'earn' a living”

This language spell was cast on you without your consent. You don't need to 'earn' a living from anyone. You are alive. God decided that. You need to earn money. But your life should't be what’s for sale.

6. “The future is guaranteed” (in any sense of the word)

Trying to backfill a lifetime worth of travel, adventure, and memories starting at age 60 is a fools gamble. I promise you that it won't play out how you hope.

Even if statistics place your life expectancy over seventy-five years old, tomorrow isn't promised for anyone. Some people make it to one-hundred, others don't escape their twenty’s. It's tragic, but it's the truth. So putting all your happiness and fulfillment eggs into the retirement basket is a bad move.

It's equivalent to filling a retirement account with most of your income, having no guarantee that you can withdraw later.

That's what you're doing with your life. And they tricked you with money.

7. “Money and freedom are equally valuable at any age”

Money is only as 'valuable' to you as the change it can create in your life. This means that money's value is directly tied to your ability to use it.

Remember as a kid when 5 bucks made you feel rich? It's partially because of inflation, but it's mostly because of what that money meant to YOU.

Give an eighteen-year-old ten grand and he can travel the world for a year. Give ten grand to a sixty-five year old with five prescription meds and a mortgage, and they might cover their living expenses. Not to mention their body couldn't handle the ten hour flights, the overnight buses, the motorbike adventures, the sunrise hikes, and all the walking in-between.

It's obviously a trade-off. But it's important to understand that a lower sum of money is far more valuable to you in the present than it will be after you start pulling out of the 401k at sixty.

Invest wisely.

Part II:

So The Deferred Life plan is a scam. And now you want out. Fortunately, there is another way.

Let me show you using finite vs infinite games:

In his 1986 book 'Finite and Infinite Games: A Vision of Life as Play and Possibility’ Professor James P. Carse suggests that life separates into finite & infinite games.

Finite games are played to win and have fixed rules and boundaries. Infinite games, are played to continue playing and have no fixed rules or boundaries.

• School is a finite game. Work is an infinite game.

• Basketball is a finite game. Being healthy is an infinite game.

• A job is a finite game. Entrepreneurship is an infinite game.

It's critical to not conflate these two, even unconsciously.

The goal of business is not to start one. It's to stay in business. The goal of training is not to get healthy. The goal is to stay vital for your entire life.

Knowing this, you want to orient your life towards infinite games. Play as few finite games as you can, and when absolutely necessary, restrict them to a finite timeline.

Ensure that your 'sacrifices' have defined boundaries i.e. “I will quit after six months, or after I have X amount saved”, “I will travel to Europe before the end of this year”, “I will lose ten pounds in ninety days”, etc.

An undefined boundary like: “one day” or “when I feel ready”, shackles you into familiar chains.

The golden handcuffs only get shinier and tighter with time. After a few promotions, some expensive possessions, a house, a girlfriend, or even few kids, things become far more complicated. You are still free, but responsibilities add layers of complexity.

If you enter into a sub-optimal job or living situation with an intentional exit strategy, you'll be fine. You are making a conscious trade-off. However, without intention, you are on the high speed railway to regret.

The key ingredient here is INTENTION.

Living unconsciously leaves you lost at sea and victim to the tides. Creating clear boundaries around your chosen compromises allows you to sail towards safe harbor.

Play infinite games, and postpone your life no further.

Bring intention to whatever stage you find yourself in right now, and prepare to burn the boats to take the island.

Change yourself to fit the world? Or change the world to fit yourself?

Most will choose the former. Most have to.

However, a select few DO have the power, awareness, and courage to bend reality to their will. These are The Prolific who create for the world to consume.

I am speaking to those sacred few.

Because of your power, there is an ongoing war for your spirit. The evil forces of this world want you in the mental prison of fear, doubt, shame, scarcity, and small dreams.

In simple terms: They wan't you too scared to act.

They trick you with words like 'stable', 'secure', and 'guaranteed'. They make empty promises with insurance, healthcare, and retirement plans.

Retire from the illusion now, and live.

I drove myself mad for years trying to figure out how/where I fit in to the existing paradigms and systems around me. I asked idle questions like "What major should I study?" or "What 'career' should I pursue?"

LinkedIn doesn't have a filter for 'bullshit jobs'. I checked.

I finally came to the realization that you'll drown fixing a sinking ship plank by plank. You need to build a new boat.

As a 1/1 individual, it follows that you will live a 1/1 life path. This means no template to follow, no sign up sheet, and no offer letters attached. Creators of reality don't belong on org charts.

And when you quit the 9-5, that's only when the battle begins.

It's almost impressive how far the matrix will chase you. Even after you begin to build your own business or create your art, everyone has something to say. The lady in the red dress simply changes outfits.

They'll tell you to 'simplify your message' and 'pick a niche'. They'll tell you it's too competitive. That the market is saturated. They'll tell you it's too late to start a podcast.

More lies from critics outside the arena.

And in the period of time where you haven't 'made it happen' yet, the feedback will seem true. Your current lack of results will leave room for doubt to creep in.

“Maybe they're right?” “Maybe I won't make it.” “Maybe I should settle.”

Remember The Manifesto:

You must realize that uncertainty is the price paid for an uncommon life. This is what it's supposed to feel like. Remove your expectations and withdraw your consent for others to steal your peace.

And to clarify, 'The Matrix' is the fearful voice of 'reason' in your head. It just wears the faces of the people in your life who reflect back your own doubt. They only have the power you agree to concede. All is mind.

The world needs your gift of individuality, not more beige photocopies. There should be no McDonald's in Paris. No one should speak english in Osaka. A.I. needs artists to imitate.

The 'world' will try to extinguish your flame without ceasing. They will counter-signal your intuitions and entice you to play small without reprieve. Fortunately, the choice will always be yours.

Withdraw your sanction.

Everything in our simulation regresses towards the mean. There's a gravitational pull to the middle because so many are captive to the slave mentality. It requires extra fuel to crack free of the firmament.

You mustn't let the world dull your edge or dim your light.

When building your dream, you must avoid this trap like the plague.

It's tempting because there are many ingredients that make things appear similar.

You are both humans. You are both born on earth. You might be from the same country. You might be the same race, gender, or age. Perhaps you went to the same school. Maybe you're even siblings.

But make no mistake: you are NOTHING alike.

Despite common ~circumstances~ you are totally unique. Both the DNA and the soul within.

This may seem very 'live, laugh, love' of me to say this, but the comparison is less similar than apples and oranges.

Greatness only operates in a category of one.

Alexander The Great didn't invent the iPhone. Atilla The Hun couldn't write a Platonic Dialogue if he tried. Michelangelo would not have been helpful crossing the Delaware. I doubt Confucius would even attempt to cross The Rubicon. And Mozart doesn't strike me as the type to invent the Teslacoil.

The point is: Your life is entirely your own.

And when navigating the uncharted waters of your life, the world will try to convince you that you're 'falling behind'. Behind what exactly? They don't have a good answer for that, but everyone seems really serious about it.

The idea that you could somehow be late to your own life is asinine. It's your life.

Imagine the ensemble cast organizing a scene without the main character finding out. The plot is literally written FOR your character development. It's your show.

Comparison will steal your joy like a thief in the night.

Just because someone else cracked their first million at 18 HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHEN YOU WILL MAKE YOURS.

Alexander stood atop the world at 23. Picasso made masterpieces in his 90s. So was Magellan late when he circumnavigated the globe?

Retarded idea. A complete lie and mind-virus of the fearful. Resist it at all costs.

You can't be late to your own life. You can’t miss what’s meant for you.

It's also important to remember that you can't envy only parts of someone else's life. It's a package deal. If you wouldn't take the broken relationships, hidden addictions, and internal struggles, then there's nothing to envy. You can't cherry-pick the dream car, house, watch, or body.

I share this stuff because I've fallen prey to the exact trap more than once. My (younger) brother is married. My peers that I graduated University with are 3 promotions deep. Some of them own property. Kids aren't far behind.

And here I am 'figuring it out'. I've got no great answers for holiday dinner party questions.

Comma: That's ok.

In our comparative, pseudo-social media world, your only task is persistent iteration on your dream life. Don't try to become anything other than yourself. Otherwise you steal the experience from everyone who would have loved to meet you.

Block out the noise; Blinders on, head down, heart on fire.

Remember,

- There is no timeline for the life you want.

- You can’t be late to your own life.

- You can’t miss what’s meant for you.

- It’s all happening perfectly.

So don’t let comparison have these years. Enjoy the ride.

If you are reading this, you are awake.

And as a free thinker, the painful edge of that sword is bearing the weight of the more existential questions of our world.

Why am I here? What is my Gift to give? What is my Mission in the world? How do I find the woman who will raise my children? How would I build a new nation? How do I de-couple the legacy financial institutions from policy and regulation? How do I remind the world that God can't be killed (despite Nietzsche's best efforts)? ...

AND DO I EVEN HAVE THE FREE WILL TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?

These thought-loops only produce overwhelm. It's too much all at once.

God gave you this gift of deep, critical thought to create massive change in the world. All the great men wrestled with these questions. But in the beginning of any journey your lack of context makes these issues impossible to comprehend. Because of this, we lose our strongest soldiers everyday to nihilistic defeatism.

The modern paradigm reinforces this thinking.

Living through the mid 2010's meant bearing witness to the rise of The new-athiest Church of Graphs. We abandoned the mystical and magical for quantification and control studies.

Their basic premise being that if only we could measure more, science would be able to script humanity's fate like a sitcom waiting to air. Free will dies when you are a genetic machine running on DNA hard code.

And if there was any way to kill God, it would look something like conducting a randomized clinical study on why people cry listening to Handel.

They want you to believe that you are alone and powerless.

And to play 'devil's' advocate on behalf of the church; holy pre-destination leaves you equally impotent. A material puppet dancing on divine strings.

The world presents false binaries; This or That. Free Will or Fate? This is an issue of limited perspective.

One man sees an eagle, the other George Washington. Who sees the coin correctly? The debate will rage on until one of the men joins Plato outside the cave. A realization of Truth born from a change in perspective.

So what should you believe about free will?

You should believe what most empowers you. It's what God and Darwin would have wanted. And the empowering perspective is this:

Both sides are true, just on different timelines. Let me explain:

We are totally powerless in the macro, and infinitely powerful in the micro.

Across our entire life, we are helpless to the tides of fate. We have no way to control the future. Our only access point to the future is today. With every passing minute we architect what the next will look like.

Today you are the author. Across your life, the main character.

And you already know this to be true.

It's very likely that 3 years or even 6 months ago you would not be able to predict exactly where you are today.

Conversely, as you read this, you know where you will be in 2 hours, and what your plans for this evening are.

This truth is powerful. When you recognize this, all anxieties about tomorrow fall away, allowing you to fully embody the here and now.

Take total control and responsibility of how you live today. Allow life to surprise you with all the unexplainable blessings of tomorrow. Stack each day like a well placed brick, and you will eventually wake up in the castle of your dreams.

This is a story in two parts: First Why, then How.

For the actionable health advice skip to the diagrams below. But for the un-fluoridated mind, here's some nuance the midwits won't appreciate.

Why is this happening? Why does this matter?

The modern world makes the human animal sick by design. We live and work in blue light cubes. We wear rubber shoes and plastic clothes. We consume poisoned 'food' and water, and take pills for everything. We're fed pornographic media to control our minds and numb our Spirit.

Everyone is yapping about the next health 'hack', trendy diet, magic supplement, and morning routine you've never heard of. The M.D.'s and P.H.D.s learn from compromised curriculums and pump out prescriptions like they're hot cakes. Centralized 'science' prints 'studies' funded by the snake-oil conglomerates. They pedal the problems and package their solutions.

It's overwhelming. They make the truth seem complicated. But true health and Vitality are simple. Everything else is marketing.

This is my aim for this letter: To separate signal from noise, and clarify your path to Vitality.

I've synthesized the 'Sphere's of Vitality' structure below from 3 domains:

1. Psychology - 'Locus of Control'

2. Economics - The '80/20 Rule' & 'The Law of Diminishing Returns'

3. GeoPolitics - 'Spheres of Influence'

Let's begin with the mind, and the 'Locus of Control'.

In psychology it's understood that people with high agency and self-efficacy have a strong internal locus of control.

That is to say: they believe that they have a tremendous amount of power over the events in their lives. They don't see themselves as victims of external circumstance. They are at the cause.

Next, we R.O.I.maxxx using ‘The 80/20 Rule’:

Simply stated, the world is extremely non-linear. There are a small percentage of inputs (20% or less) that will be responsible for most results (80% or more). This universal law is often far more skewed, approaching 90:10 or 99:1.

A simple example; A restaurant makes most of it's profit on a single dish or drink. Meanwhile the remaining 90% of the menu produces no meaningful profits.

We pair this with ‘The Law of Diminishing Returns’:

Past a certain point, you won't get more by continuing to do more. 10 pull-ups is good, 100 is better, but 1000+ is wasting time and doing more harm than good. The same is true for your $50 greens powders, 'essential' oils, and most other 'supplements'. A small amount of your habits will get you most of your results.

Finally we add in the 'Sphere's of Influence'.

The concept comes from nations expanding their 'sphere of influence' in the world by extending their tentacles into foreign affairs via military and financial coercion.

And while the concept at the state level is nauseating, it holds great power for you and I (the sovereign individuals)…

The sick man can only help himself.

But the Vital man has energy to pour into his family. A Vital family strengthens their community. Vital communities transform systems. Re-vitalized systems remodel nations. And noble nations can pen a new paradigm into history.

It all begins with an abundance of personal Vitality. Your relationships, work, self-confidence, creativity, mission, and more all benefit.

You are entering the Upward Spiral.

But How do we reclaim our Vitality if we don't know where to start?

We must wade through the muddy waters of methods and modalities to see what deserves our time and attention.

It's useless to 'bio-hack' or 'optimize' before mastering the fundamentals. If you aren't walking over 10k steps per day, you have no business getting bloodwork or niche supplements.

Separating these components into layers of importance makes the path clear. Only after mastering each layer, should you concern yourself with the next.

And there's good news! The things with the largest R.O.I. are free, God-given, and fully decentralized.

I will not use this letter to defend the rankings in this framework with 'scientific' studies or clinical trials. This is both due to scope, and also because I see the need for clinical justification for everything as part of the problem.

If you cannot understand that The Sun (the literal source of all life on earth) is central to your health and vitality without a study: you have a critical thinking problem.

No one thinks for themselves. Stop outsourcing your life.

At the innermost circle lie the true pillars of Vitality; Light, Water, and Magnetism.

Get as much sun on your skin as possible. Watch sunset and sunrise. Stop drinking tap water. Drink non-fluoridated, spring or filtered water. Add clean electrolytes (sea salt) so your body can use it. Take your shoes off when possible and touch the earth. Touching trees and swimming in the ocean/lake works too. Breath fresh air always.

Moving outward brings consumption and kinetics.

Eat whole foods. Move your body everyday. Walk, sprint, do pushups, pull-ups, and squats. Jump rope, swim, talk to new people, laugh, and smile more. Pray often, worry less. Strive for improvement and not 'perfection' here.

The lions-share of your Vitality will come from these first two rings. Once these are on lock, you can treat yourself to some red light glasses, or a nice pair of organic linen underwear.

As stated before, this path is an upward spiral. Every step feeds into the next.

I wish you well on your journey to reclaiming your birthright of Vitality. I want to end with an emphasis that you are at the cause.

If you are sick, you can heal.

And healing doesn't come packaged in a translucent orange cylinder.

Unfortunately, we missed the sun crossing the horizon line.

But as any experienced sun-gazer knows, this means we made it for the best part of sunset. My friend Dylan and I walked barefoot along the beach as the sky faded from amber to dark blue.

We discussed life, Atlantis, Twitter (X), holistic health, and online business. Dylan is a killer in the online business space, and an even better human being. I asked him for his advice on what I should do next with my offers. The wisdom that followed closed a long-open loop in my head...

And the thread that tied it together? A reply-tweet I received early that evening.

Recently I've been DEEP in the rabbit-hole of subverted ancient history. It's a full story for another day. But the short summary?

My blonde (now bald) hair, red beard, and beautiful baby blues attest to ancient heritage from a sea-fairing race in or around Atlantis/Hyperborea/Scythia/Germania. Warriors of the water, Titans of the tide.

Now back to Twitter (X). There is a Twitter (X) account specializing in face-reading using the long-lost art of Physiognomy.

Physiognomy (phys·i·og·no·my): the art of judging character or ethnic origin from facial characteristics.

So I sent this guy a picture of my face on a whim, and what he sent back gave me more than a smile. He stirred blood memories…

As Dylan and I discussed both business and Atlantis, he pointed out to me my deep passion and knowledge in the health space. Knowledge and passion I was not currently sharing with the world. I reflected on this, the words of the tweet still top of mind:

'Listen to the water'.

My dreams that night crystallized the meaning of the message. This beachside conversation deserved my special attention. I needed to Listen to the water…

I often think the best gifts we can give the world are the lessons that hurt us the most;

The relationship coach who struggled to find love, the gut health expert who beat Crohn’s Disease, the fitness coach who overcame obesity, the doctor who lost their parent to cancer...

Pulling purpose from the pain.

Knowing this, I’ve had an open question with myself; What purpose I could pull from my pain?

Only now, after a willingness to open up some of my deepest pain, have all the stars aligned in my mind.

In a recent episode of the podcast I discussed my long battle with disordered eating. A silent battle, until now. I encourage a listen for the full context, it’s more than I will discuss here.

And in addition to my personal health struggles, my heart also aches for the ongoing harm done by the Pharma-Food industrial complex.

This machine has killed millions, and is killing my family one by one.

I lost my Grandmother (Moms side) to heart disease, obesity, and eventually sepsis. I lost my Grandfather (Dad’s side) to Cancer, Apnea, and botched surgery. My living Grandparents are either obese or fighting cancer. And I fear that both my parents are doing nothing to slow their path towards similar fates.

All of this is needless and cruel. All of this is preventable.

As I also stated on the podcast: I am not a victim, and neither are they. We all create our own reality. But I no longer see wellness in the modern age as simply a matter of 'willpower' or 'self-discipline'.

We are up against a multi-trillion dollar, government and satan backed globocorp. A demonic entity hell-bent on lowering the population of earth and profiting along the way.

They pin newborns with experimental syrums. They fund call centers for the extortion of the elderly. They wage war on the vital with poisoned tap water, raw milk bans and pornographic mind control. They do all this, and collect the insurance policy afterwards. Everyone is on pills; None of them should be.

It's Pure evil.

If you think I'm exaggerating, I encourage you to brush the Cheeto dust off your fingers and do your own research. The red 40 in your blood is blurring your vision.

So starting with this letter, l'm declaring all out war. I will no longer be a passive critic sharing steak with my tan, well-muscled friends.

My awareness, vitality, and God-given abilities call forth the duty to act.

I am going to build a wellness company to create real, physical products to aid in this fight. A company with the same values as The Vitruvian: Vitality, Beauty, and Truth.

One mission, under God.
